We sadly lost our maremma pup when she was 6 months old at christmas time due to a paralysis tick. After spending well over $1000 for this dog we have nothing. She was an excellent guard dog for the sheep even though she was very young. We are looking at getting another female maremma, not too expensive, that is still entire any age preferably with guarding experience with sheep and/or goats. We would prefer minimum age 6 months no little pups.
