These 18 week old girls are fantastic beginner’s chickens, they’re fully vaccinated, and should start laying between 22 – 24 weeks of age. These are genuine first year layers, not 20 month old spent hens the egg farms have finished with, which other sellers advertise as first year layers.

The Isa’s are a low maintenance chicken, developed especially for back yard layers, they lay 300 + large brown eggs annually. They’re very docile, and make wonderful pets for children, and adult children – they are happy to be patted, or cuddled.
