Jersey milking cow, Burnie, broken in to hand milk, quiet, comes when called follows a bucket. She has good long teats and quick to milk. Last year I milked her for 2 months, straight out of paddock, before I had to lock her calf up.
Her sire was a poll jersey bull out of one of my poll jersey cows, but Burnie has horns, her dam had horns.
She has her 3rd calf at foot, a purebred Jersey heifer. Sire of calf is Broadlin BroadwayP, who is a poll jersey bull and A2 as well. Calf is 2 weeks old.
I'm selling the unit as I have too many milking cows, our season has not been very good to date and I am refencing my milking cow paddock, which is easier to do if I don't have any cows in it.
